A Walgreens clerk in South Florida sent an armed robber home empty-handed, intimidating the man with an icy stare on Monday afternoon.
The incident took place at a Fort Lauderdale Walgreens, when a man grabbed some candy and ice cream before heading out to the checkout counter.
As the clerk was scanning the items, the hooded man pulled out a revolver and pointed it at the clerk, demanding the money in the register.
Almost as if an hour from the end of his shift and feeling as if the man was wasting his time, the clerk just glared at the criminal.
Pulling the hammer back on the revolver and putting his finger on the trigger, the robber again threatened the clerk- but to no avail.
According to KSDK, the clerk -who is suspected of similar robberies in the area- simply gave up, grabbed his ice cream and left.
