Freeman followed a man into a Dick’s Sporting Goods parking lot at the Melbourne Square mall after the two exchanged obscene gestures with each other on the roadway, the report showed.
Freeman than exited his vehicle with a large silver and black knife, Florida Today reported. He punched the man’s shoulder and told him he would cut off his ear in front of his family, the report showed.
When Melbourne Police arrived, Freeman threaten to decapitate them and eat their eyes and tongues, Florida Today reported.
