Deputies arrested a mother and her 15-year-old son after they worked together in robbing a convenience store at gunpoint.
Amanda Meador, 37, of Winter Park, was arrested Friday and faces charges of robbery with a firearm and neglect of child without great bodily harm, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
Meador and her son robbed a Circle K convenience store on Halloween night at the intersection of Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla Road, according to a report by WFTV.
The teenage son entered the store wearing a mask, holding a firearm and demanding money, WFTV reported.
