New York, N.Y. — Of the approximately 130,000 New York City rat sightings made in the last decade, very few have involved a pole-dancing routine.

A recently shared subwaycreatures Instagram video shows one of the countless members of the rodent population swinging on an MTA subway pole. It’s believed to have happened on the F train, Gothamist wrote Wednesday afternoon.

As rat sightings have increased over the last several years, so has the effort to record bizarre incidents involving them, with Pizza Rat leading the pack.

According to the New York Times, rat sightings reported to the city’s 311 hotline soared nearly 38 percent, to 17,353 last year from 12,617 in 2014, the report said. However, Staten Island is on the bottom of the five-borough ranking, Deputy Health Commissioner Corinne Schiff said in 2017.
