Finally, something rolling on a Houston highway that isn’t a giant spool.

A man was caught on video Sunday chasing after a tire down Interstate 45 near the Downtown Aquarium. Houston resident Rafael Sanchez captured the man around 3 p.m. before posting the now-viral footage on Twitter.

In the video, the tire rolls with traffic in the middle of the road as the man eventually catches it. This was likely one of the few times Houston traffic helped the situation, as cars were driving at slow speeds when the man appeared on the highway.

It’s unclear exactly what happened, but Sanchez said the man replied to the video on Twitter. The man, who could not be reached for comment, said he was having an overall bad day.

“The ignition just went out too,” the man said in his replies.

A short exchange between the man and Sanchez on Twitter started off a bit rocky but quickly smoothed over. The man initially appeared upset Sanchez didn’t stop in traffic. Then, Sanchez said he was just happy the man was safe.

“Hope the rest of the year goes smooth for you man,” Sanchez said in the exchange.

“Thanks man I appreciate it,” the man replied. “Have a good year yourself.”
