A Pennsylvania drunken driver wasn’t lying to police when he said he was Sober.
A man named Daniel Sober was arrested for driving drunk Saturday, roughly 20 miles outside Pittsburgh, according to the Smoking Gun. He was also reportedly charged with careless driving.
The 44-year-old motorist failed a breathalyzer test before registering a blood alcohol level of .194. That score is more than double the legal limit.
Officers spotted Sober while responding to an unrelated call and pulled him over in a Catholic school parking lot, according to thedrive.com.
Sober was released from police custody and will stand before a judge March 20.
