I can't make this up

The world was aghast last year when a woman shaved her legs while plopped on the edge of a public pool in Florida.
A video captures the moment a woman shaves her legs while riding on a motor scooter in Florida.
Has the Shaving Showoff returned?
Fans of the bizarre have been blessed with another video, this one of a woman in a bathing suit shaving her legs while sitting on the back of a motor scooter. The video was posted by the Daily Mail, which pointed out that the incident occurred in Florida.
Gee whiz, if this keeps up people are going to think the state has an inordinate share of kooks.
Florida woman has no shame as she is spotted publicly shaving her legs while riding on the back of a motorcycle.
For the record, the vast majority of Florida’s 10.1 million females do not shave their legs while perched on the back of motorbike moving through traffic. Chances are the vast majority of the state’s 9.7 million males also don’t engage in such activity.
Furthermore, the chances of such activity would greatly increase in most states if those locales weren’t currently under 11 feet of snow. Public displays of shaving are just the price we pay for having beaches and 80-degree temperatures in mid-February.
And while last year’s video triggered an international gross-out, the new one is just weirdly entertaining.
The scooter is driven by a gray-haired gentleman and is stopped in traffic. Neither he nor his female acquaintance are wearing helmets.
Come to think of it, his female acquaintance isn’t wearing much of anything. Her bathing suit seems to consist of a few red spaghetti straps wrapped around her torso.
It certainly allows for plenty of epidermal exposure. Not many females want to go to the beach sporting hairy legs, so perhaps the lady was rushed for time before heading out and decided to multi-task.
She had a canned drink in one hand and a razor in the other. She calmly reached down and dry-shaved her right thigh, then shook out the stubble.
Perhaps she could have been ticketed for littering, but there currently is no Florida statute prohibiting leg-shaving on motorized vehicles.
As to why she was shaving her legs in traffic, the motorbike sped away before the person taking the video could ask any questions.
One thing is certain. The lady was not heading to Minnesota.
